It is comfortable and features a removable head pillow that adds extra comfort for neck and supports correct posture. Note that you can wash this pillow in a washing machine. Sometimes you might experience an issue with the straps because they tend to entangle if not appropriately managed.

This isn’t a high-end seat, and it does lack some bells and whistles of other, more expensive units.
